changes in your life since losing weight and exercising

I have noticed so many positive changes since losing weight and exercising regularly. Sometimes it comes as a complete surprise as I thought I will never be able to do that again. I decided it was time to start do floor exercises such as set ups v sets push ups and others. I have had trouble for years getting on the floor and the worse was getting back up. I did it and actually enjoyed it and the getting up was so easy. What positive changes have you noticed?

    Really the way everything fits me. Office chairs. Movie seats. Booths in restaurants. Seats in vehicles. Amusement park rides. All of that stuff. I never DIDN'T fit...but at my heaviest, it was pretty uncomfortable a lot of times, or I felt very awkward because I couldn't put my arms all the way down at my sides when seated - now I can, and everything's comfortable for my current body size. I remember for many years requesting a table instead of a booth to avoid the awkwardness of my breasts and belly sometimes feeling wedged up against the table in a restaurant. Now I have no issue at all and can even sit cross-legged in a lot of places I never would have dreamed of sitting cross-legged (appropriately only, of course)! I've also had to adjust my seat in the car forward.

    As I work to get down to my goal weight; I remember how feeling small in an airplane seat used to feel. How I'd double check to see if my seatbelt was really on because I couldn't feel it pressing against me. I miss those things.
