Introducing myself

Hi I am in the process of losing weight. Since starting Aug 30 2012 I have lost 46 lbs. Working on losing 22 more. Not only have I lost weight but am no longer on any medication. I use a gazelle glider and do 3-4 miles a day under 10 min miles. I also ride a stationary bike. I have just started lifting weights. Any help to keep me motivated would be appreciated.
