my definite MUST haves are FRUIT!.. ALL fruit!..RAW Fruit!. i LOVE fruit!.. can not LIVE with-out it!.. LEMONS!.. NUTS!! PEARS, Apples, AVACADOS :O, CARROTS!!.. MELONS!, OMGoodnes!..Food orgasm as i'm thinking of fruits! :D.. i dont like cooked fruit though.. :(.. makes me sad..

You could have saved money on the dvd and done it for free using YT :D.. :D all 3 levels are on there! :D Also OMG woke up to do day 2 this morning muscles wer aching but i pushed through!!.Wooooooooooooo!!!.i cant do push-ups to save my life but i managed to do 3 the first time & 5 the last time.. (im gonna build this up)…

Thanks :D I ha initially put it in as 10mins of Strengt training and 20mins of aerobics.. and i was considering puttin it all in as 20mins of circuits.. but now uve made the log for it! :D thanks :D also by "Day 1 " do u mean Level 1?

so how does it work. with the levels?: do u level 1 for the first 10day then level 2 for the next 10 day and then level 3? im assuming thats it? i just watched it.. its not too intese! :D looks like something i could do :D

wen u excersice and burn calories ur body does need to more calories to maintain energy levels this is why u "earn" more cals on MFP! so u should defo eat it but only if ur actually hungry.. sometimes i eat it all and are starved after still but sometimes i dont eat most of it.. if ur eating to few calories MFP will let u…
