I was attempting jumping jacks tonight while circuit training and I had to use one hand to hold up my fitness pants.... these were skin tight when I bought them. Also my sexy softball pants went from tight to loose, they fit like the baggy boy style now!!!! Great Job everyone and congratulations on your NSV's

I don't really have clothes that are too big, but I do have things that I don't wear anymore... will be bagging up and donating this weekend!!! What a wonderful challenge (because living life isn't always about the number on the scale)!

Try not to drink it so quickly, it you drink it slower it may help you in going less frequently. Also, try not drinking it ice cold. I don't have any children, but I drink around 16 cups a day (128oz) and I found these tricks help.

I think the key point here is just moving in general. They say the best exercise is one that you can stick with, if you are going to hate running, you are less likely to do it on the regular. You are burning calories either way and yes , running has it's benefits but it is not the end all be all solution to losing weight…

They dont bother me.... I get them all (nasty banana, zumba, jenny craig, cupcakes).... As long as MFP is free, it's for me!

My everything clicks and has been clicking since I was 18. I have played sports all my life, hard and this is the price I pay.
