Keep walking. I'm 5'2"ish, so my steps are short too, and so I can never get in the 5 miles, that would be about 15000 steps for me I think.

I find walking calming and meditative. I don't like running, but some people say they get the same feeling from running, using their run times to think and focus on breathing.

Fluctuations, especially when you indulge, are normal. Most commonly it's water weight, shark week, or stress. Sometimes it can be partly due to calories, but typically not.

How bad do these flap surgeries scar? I have a lot of loose skin, and the most annoying is on my back and my arms. I guess I had a really fat back and arms, and now it looks like crepe drapes.

I do IF, and that seems to work well for me. I lost a bunch of weight with keto before, but I LOOOOVE carby foods, so I gained it all back plus some. IF helps me keep my calories down for the day without depriving myself of entire food groups. IF isn't for everyone either. You kind of have to find whatever works best for…

I am interested in kettlebells but they're so heavy. Do they make smaller ones, like 3 or 5 lbs. My arm strength is really weak.

I have 36DDs at my curretn weight, 34DDs at my normal weight, and 32DDs at my goal weight. So yes, my boobs got smaller, but since my band size also got smaller, the ratio (if that's what you'd call it) remained the same.

Don't have the stuff in the house, or if you do, put it in a place where they can't see, that way they don't know it's there. I was told 6 weeks for core work. Pretty much it's what you can do without popping your internal stitches, you don't want to have to go back in to get them re-sewn, and I think it takes 6 weeks to dissolve.

If I knew how to "just eat less without counting calories", I wouldn't have needed MFP in the first place. You could also be having headaches from carb/sugar withdrawal if you eat less than you did before. Caffeine withdrawal can do the same thing too.
