I don't lose weight in a linear fashion. I tend to have no weight loss for three weeks, then I'll lose 3 lbs. It's been like this for 6+ months. Give it another week or so as you could be like me. I just don't lose weight every week. It all evens out in the end and it can be frustrating but be patient!

I like seltzer. The carbonation gives it a little kick so its feels differant than water but still zero calories.

I eat about 250-300 calories at 6:45am, then I eat a 100 calorie greek yogurt at 9:30am. Staggered works best for me.

4 weeks for me. I've been losing weight since May and I do not lose evenly. I plateau for three weeks, then will lose 3 lbs in a week. I don't know why as I've been eating the same, consistent exercise. I just do not actually lose one lb a week. It averages out to one lb a week, but in actuality its three lbs at the three…

I use King Arthur whole wheat flour. It has 110 calories per 1/4 cup serving. Gold Medal whole wheat has 100 calories per 1/4 cup.. If the cup flour made two flat breads and you ate them both, I would assume 420 calories, ballpark, since it depends on the flour you used.

I'm 5'4". I started at 187 and am now at 164lbs. I eat 1490 calories a day. My work is lightly active and I do two workouts a week plus walking 35-40min at a brisk pace 4 times a week. The 23 lbs lost is over about 5months.
