Are you getting your water in?

Coffee, if it contains caffeine, works as a diuretic and therefore should not be counted toward your fluid intake.

I've had the VSG and I'm down 80 lbs since May. Whether or not you've had surgery, please consider the following: Weigh and measure everything you put into your mouth. Eye balling it is not an option. Get a minimum of 50 to 60 grams of protein in everyday. Get a minimum of 64 fluid ounces in a day, preferably water. Watch…

It's all about balance. Please consider talking with your PCP or a nutritionist. Best to you!

Hey sweetie, I commend you for making positive changes in your life. If you would like to add me, you are welcome to. I've lost 70 lbs so far, so I'd be happy to talk to you more about it, what I do and how I do it, if you'd like.

Here's my 2 cents worth...Why and how did you choose 1200 calories? Do you exercise? What form of exercise do you do, if any? Fast results??? or a healthy lifestyle? How much lean protein do you get in in a day? Do you drink water? 48 to 64 ounces a day? Do you eat protein first, then vegetables, then fruit, then carbs, if…

Beagle or scottish terrier!

Sorry you had to endure this! Some people are just mean and nasty! My initial thought was to say, yeah, I might be fat but you're ugly and I can lose weight! But...that is just stooping to his level! Ignore ignorant people!

Absolutely! As a registered nurse, it is important to protect my patients, family members and friends and myself!

Cheating is not an option....living healthy is!

Put your mind at ease and call a professional!

Weigh and measure everything you put into your mouth. Eat protein first, then vegetables, then fruits, then carbs, if any room. Drink a minimum of 48 to 64 ounces of fluid, preferably water everyday. Walk, even if only around the block at least once everyday

I used to love McDonald's quarter pounders with cheese and would easily eat two at one sitting. Since having my VSG, I wouldn't dare nor do I have the desire. The sodium alone in fast food will kill ya!

Anything that is nonviolent! And anything other than what they call reality TV or talent shows or should I say talentless shows!
-
I totally agree with AmyK! You can still go out and enjoy the company of others and celebrate your birthday without ruining everything you've worked so hard for! Happy Birthday!
-
Please return it and get your money back. I took it once years ago and I had horrible side effects, i.e., moodiness, heart racing, sweats, mean and nasty.

Muscles atrophy from lack of exercise not because of exercise.

You could do more harm than good by taking supplements for "I think I have this condition." Please be careful!
-
Adrenal fatigue, the actual disease, is real but is only diagnosed via cortisol level being drawn through blood.
-
Have you ever had a cortisol test performed by a reputable doctor? If not, I would not take any supplements before doing so!
-
It's sad to say but it seems like you are determined to do something that is simply not healthy. I wish you the best!

Best reply so far!

ya'll are welcome to add me, if you'd like

Really people, telling someone to "shut up" or consider finding another partner? And we wonder what's wrong with society today!
-
I'm sorry you are going through this. Please do not tell your husband to "shut up." Do not stoop to his level! Talk to him in a calm voice and in a non-interrupted environment. Tell him what you are doing and how you are doing it. Ask him what his expectations are in terms of how much he thinks you should be losing per…

Please do not cut off any limbs at any time! Sorry, but you knew that was coming. I try not to eat after 8p but that's also a long time for your body to go without nutrition, so often I will have a bowl of fruit or a protein shake to hold me over.
-
I'm wondering...did she keep those 15 lbs off and continue to lose?
-
Not a smart move, in my opinion. You will only lose water weight and as soon as you start to eat again, whether healthy choices or not, you will gain it all right back and be right back where you started. Start today by choosing to eat healthy foods, lean protein first, then vegetables, then fruits, then healthy carbs.
-
IMHO, you are wasting your time and money! Eat properly and healthy and exercise. That's the only way for truly sustained weight loss and health!

Do you log everyday? Are you honest about what you log? Do you weigh and measure everything you put into your mouth? Do you eat protein first? These are vital to weight loss!
