I, too, tried to do the 30 day shred and ended up injuring my leg. I knew better than to try high impact, but did anyway. I walked until my leg got better. Sometimes it was a slow walk because of the pain. I now do low impact, some strength training and also walking. So maybe you need to try low impact for a while.

My husband had bariatric surgery 4 years ago. He lost over 100 lbs and no longer has the health problems he had. It's not for everyone but, as a tool, it works...

I have no problem with artificial sweetners. They give me that little taste of sweet to help my sweet tooth. But my sister has found they "set her up to eat more " because she believes they make her crave more sugar. Maybe it's an individual thing?

Count me in. Have been trying on my on, but would be nice to have some friends with similar goals. Haven't any friends on here so far but would like some. I need the extra encouragement. :tongue:
