I do it with steel cut oats. They come out alright overnight. I keep it around for the following few more days.
Rolled oats gets way too soggy after a day or two in the fridge. Steel cut oat also sounds more masculine!
Chia seeds make it more pudding like.
If you have questions about eating raw oats (steel-cut or rolled), check out Bircher Muesli. google it or see it here http://germanfood.about.com/od/introtogermanfood/r/birchermuesli.htm
Ultimate health nut food, sounds like! 0 0

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVEEEEEEEEEE Overnight oatmeal - and discovered it just in time for summer!
I've tried lots of different combinations and loved them all, but my favorite by far so far has been:
 40g Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
 100g Fat Free Greek Yogurt
 125ml Skim Milk
 30g Crushed Almonds
 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Apple, Grated (added in the morning)
 I'm obsessed!
It's a bit higher in calories, but breakfast is the biggest meal in my day - if I wanted a smaller breakfast I could easily halve the recipe! 0 0

Oatmeal is a staple in my diet and I could eat it at every meal, everyday, every week, every month and so on.

This is my go to breakfast three days a week. The chia seeds keep it from getting too runny. I just add what ever fruit I have around and use nonfat vanilla greek yogurt0

I also drop a 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder in per serving, it mixes well, and gets me closer to my daily macros goals!0
