I've heard of a weight watchers diet soda cake where you take a boxed cake mix and mix it with one can of any flavor diet soda and bake it. I've never tried it but heard it was pretty good. Here is a link: http://www.weightwatchers.com/food/rcp/index.aspx?recipeid=252983910

I'm 5'1" and my goal right now is set at 120. When I get closer, I might decide to lower it but I want to work on strengthening my muscles a bit so we'll see :)

Just did day 5 today, I took a rest day yesterday because I wasn't home at all so I didn't get a chance to do the shred. But I did get a lot of walking in :)

Try jack knives, they are like a standing crunch. Extend both arms over head and bring them down while you kick up one leg, meeting in the middle, then the other and keep going at a decent speed. Just learned this from Jillian Michaels six week ab video- there are a bunch of standing exercises on there using weights.

Day 4 is done!!!!! I feel awesome :) I am not huffing and puffing as much and my form has gotten so much better Also, I can find myself going deeper into the movements!!!

Just finished Day 3 and OMG I swear I can feel my body getting stronger already!! The first strength round was soo much easier today then yesterday :)

Did day 2 this morning!! I can really feel it today, especially in my arms!!! Had a harder time today with the squat and press and lateral lunge and arms raises then yesterday, hope it gets easier...

Thanks so much for all the great advice. Just started a 30 day shread challenge here so hopefully I will stick with it!! Also going to look into 5ks around th area because that could be something to work towards since I'm not such a great runner right now.

It went okay! The first round of level one is the hardest for me because of the of the pushups but afterward I felt great!

I'm in!! I have been wanting to restart but haven't had the motivation to actually go ahead with it, this will definitely help keep me on track :)
