    also just a suggestion but instead of lbs lost as the competition why not use percentage of body weight loss instead? people who r heavier find it easier to lose lbs rather than people who r near the last 10 or so it gets hard. like if some1 was 200 lbs and lost 25 lbs its only 12.5 % but if some1 was 150 and lost same amt of weight its 16.7 %

    yes you can join and it would be much more difficult to figure things out with how many people i have here..and its not like people get punished for not losing the weight because they are doing it for themselves anyway.this is to be mainly a motivator
