You should try the 30 minutes intermediate video before jumping into the hour advanced class. The 30 minutes work out is a good way to learn the moves without feeling overwhelmed and still get a good workout. I was sick with the flu last week and I just let it run its course and didn't worry about my calories since I knew I wasn't ingesting much. Yes, you need to keep your calories up during breastfeeding. I am currently breastfeeding and I make sure to eat those calories to keep my supply and my milk as full of nutrients as possible. Not eating enough calories can compromise your milk. Having done this I have lost 18 pounds since mid January! Good luck

I am breastfeeding and I add 300 calories burnt and make sure I eat those calories! If you don't you could lose your supply and the quality of your supply could be compromised! I am still losing a pound a week. Hope this helps.
