Lost 20 pounds, but now my calories allowed have increased?
Hello, I hit the 20 pound mark today and have 10 more to go, however when I entered my new goals it has now allowed me more calories per day. I was at 1240 and I am now at 1490? I don't understand the logic behind this, will I still lose weight following these guidelines? I am a little confused?

Over in proteins???
Is there such a thing as having to much protein in a day? I eat a lot of chicken and on those days where I have fish also I go way over in my proteins, should this a concern or should I just ignore it?

Does using strickly MFP give me all the tools I need to lose
I have only been on MFP for about a week and I am really enjoying it, following my allowed calories along with a workout plan seems to be giving me a clear way to get control of my eating habits and get me moving again. Breastfeeding ???
New to this application, wanting to lose the baby weight but I am still breastfeeding... how much more calories should I add to my total calories allowed in order to make sure my baby gets what he needs and still lose they weight? Recommended was 1340
