I tried basing my calorie deficit from my TDEE but there weren't any changes. This week I'll start basing my calorie intake on my BMR and will consider the calories I spent on CrossFit as deficit. I'll try this for 2-3 weeks then I'll share my results with you. Has anyone tried this way?

Hi! I had this problem before. Until I found some online articles about snacking on nuts - specifically walnuts and almonds. I've tried both and I found it effective! I hope it will be effective for you, too.

I'm also having that problem now. I heard / read somewhere that that last 5 lbs is so difficult to lose. I don't know the reason yet and I intent to look for it online. I would also like to know how to successfully lose that stubborn last 5 lbs. I'll share whatever I find.

Thank you for your comments. Yes, I'm aware of the daily weight fluctuation. I noticed the trend will only be +/- 0.2-0.4 pound difference. Only today it was a whole pound.
