well to 2 most accurate are skin fold test which most Personal Trainers do or the hydrostatic test (dunk test) those are going to be your most accurate. Otherwise most other ways are about 20-30% off

There are several methods including hydrostatic weighing with your doctor, using calipers and checking the reading against a chart (best left up to a professional if you have never been trained to use them)...and there's also a couple of easy ways to check it at home. There are monitors and even scales these days that check your body fat either by holding it or standing on it. There are also online calculators that do the math for you using simple measurements such as weight, waist measurement, and age. You can do a Google search for those.

Just keep in mind that most ways we measure body fat are not entirely accurate and it is better to use it as a gauge of success noting the change in your body fat over time measured the same way each time. :flowerforyou:

I can't find if MyFitnessPal has BMI and Body Fat Percentage calculators. If they don't have, it will be very helpful for us if they also have them.

Actually I doubt it would be helpful to have them because calculating BF% by just tapping in some general waist/hip/height ratios is about as inaccurate as it comes.

If you're serious about knowing your BF%, see someone in your gym who is qualified in doing caliper skinfold tests.
