There's a guy in my office that uses Superpump when lifting weights. It's basically citric acid with caffeine, creatine, a B vitamins. I would stay away unless you're already doing intense workout and want to push it further. Otherwise you'll just be getting a jolt then a crash.

I have problems with my knees and can't run more than a few miles before I pay for it. I have found a way to do the elliptical and not make it so boring. Do yourself a favor and set short term goals with the the long-term goal in mind. I take my food intake one day at a time and my weight one week at a time.

I used to do morning workouts as well but I would get exhausted during cardio and light headed during weight training. I now workout during my lunch break. I eat a good breakfast that will hold me over the morning, I typically lift weights for about 30 min and then go immediately into a cardio session (25-45 mins). This…
