Howdy Dudes and Dudets!
Been using MFP on and off for a few months now, but never looked to the community for discussion or advice!
I find myself in a position now of being within 10lbs of my goal weight of 165lbs, coming in from a hefty 217lbs (I'm now at 174 ish!)
Been keeping a photo log since i hit 200lbs.... unfortunatley I was too ashamed to get the shirt off for someone to take a picture before that!
Well, looking forward to sharing my experience, good and bad with the community!

Been hovering around the 175-180 mark for a couple of months now. Had a good long break from training from March until about 4/5 weeks ago.Although the weight has stayed fairly constant, BF% has increased! I'm more interested in BF% than actual scales weight!
I have a fairly intensive training routine ,at the minute I'm training 5-6 days a week, which includes functional circuit training, Kettle bell sessions, Tabata, HIIT, TRX strength, boxing and Muay Thai and lifting days.
I'll try ad some photo's of before, during and after if i can!0 -
It looks like you know what you're doing! Keep it up!
I love how you are incorporating muay thai, tabata, and HIIT.
No one ever believes me that HIIT works, and then when they do start doing it they see changes. WHADDYAKNO!?! hehe0 -
Look into intermittent fasting. There is a group on MFP that explains it. That will knock of those 10 pounds before you know it.
