Best of Luck.. There is a lot of good information here. I am 7 weeks in to my reset I have gained 5 lbs but I can tell that I am building muscle. My BF% is 27.6 it was 36% when I started EM2WL. I knew what had to be done so I jumped right in with both feet. It took me about a week to get to 2065. Okay I guess I am going to have break down and get on the scales. I haven't weighed since I started eating at what I believe is my TDEE 2065. So from what I gather I should have gained some weight. If not I should increase my calories a little more until I start to gain some weight. Then stay there for my reset. Right?
