I"m not a fan of resistance bands. I don't really "feel" like I'm working my muscles so I just use weights in place of them.

Maybe every other day I do a 20-30 minute run on the treadmill before I start my Body Revolution DVD. I find it gets me warmed up quicker!

First time doing this! I want to aim for 50 miles (running) for November!

I work 8-5 and always workout around 5:30 or 6 pm. I make sure to eat a good lunch and if I'm hungry I'll eat a light snack around 4:30 or so. I'm not really starving right after I workout but I always try to eat something light like yougurt/granola or wheat bread/peanut butter.

Just started again recently! I'm on Phase 1, workouts 3&4 this week. This is my second time around and I loved doing it the first time.

Hi there! I LOVE body revolution and am starting up the dvds again this month. I'm also trying to incorporate C25k into my workout routine too. I've seen great results with Jillian Michaels and loooove her dvds.
