Started around 8 years. Gained weight, bullied at school, bullied by my brother n sister and gained ever since. I went down to 137lb after my 2nd child at 23 but gained it all back when my not so lovely ex criticised everything I did and I sunk into depression. Now after 4 children and a supportive partner I want to get…

Mornings on a weekend when my kids are still asleep. Means I can really push myself then and through the week I do it around 5-6ish as I also work through the day and he gives me an energy boost to continue for the rest of the evening.

Drink plenty of water. Sometimes we can mistake hunger pangs for us actually being thirsty. If you do feel like your hungry have a drink and give it 15mins and see how you feel after that time.

Been on and off for a while but really stuck logging for the last week or so. I've found it a blessing because it helps me realise what amount of crap I was sticking into my body in terms of calorific foods. I can look at portion sizes and control what I eat without feeling deprived of what I really like and still have…

If you look at the food pyramid for the groups of food you should be having for a balanced diet, carbs are the biggest section and this is mainly for your energy levels to keep you going for the day and not feeling lethargic. I don't agree with low carb diets at all because like anything as long as you eat in moderation it…

General housework I wouldn't count because its what I do day to day and it wouldn't change the routine but when I did the lawns the other day I did count them because its a major effort for me and MFP does recognise it as cardio. Everyone will have a difference of opinion and its really down to personal preference.

I done WW twice and gave up both times. First time because I became pregnant and second time because I just lost motivation. I have also tried the 5:2 diet and I did lose 5lb but the fast days are difficult especially as im on my feet all day and in need of the energy boost. I again lost motivation. I prefer MFP. You have…

just had a quick look at your food diary and your having a lot of sodium. This can be a trigger for headaches. What id do is look back on what you have eaten on the days you get the headaches to try and pin point what could be the cause.

I think it would be the amount of caffeine that your body was used to. Its like trying to quit an addiction and caffeine headaches are the worst!! Keep doing what your doing and drink plenty of water and after a few days the headaches will start to subside. If it gets unbearable then just use painkillers.

Log everything that passes your lips from drinks, snacks to evening meals. It shows you exactly what your consuming and believe me when I first did it I was gobsmacked. Definitely the best thing to log everything then you know exactly what your eating and also keep under your calorie limit to help with the weight loss you…

Slightly taller at 5ft 4 but im aiming for 140lb which is 43lb to lose and I will then extend the goal further to around 130-133lb. Good luck x

On average you can lose between 1-2lb per week as long as you stick within the calorie limit mfp gives you. Also try and include some exercise. I think your calories are very low as im not far over 175 and my cals are more than that. Why are you watching sugars? We do need some of this in our diet and opposed to eating too…
