Hi! I am not experiencing exactly the same thing, but have observed lately that when I work out really hard and I dont eat the calories back, I have the urge to binge - in my case sugar cravings, in the evenings. Curious to see if someone has a suggestion how to come across this, because it is soo frustrating!

I was 16 last summer, now size 10... Yes it is possible and the feeling of your "small" clothes being way too big is worth the efforts! Good luck.

Hi! I just reached my maintenance and am slowly switching to lifting more from cardio and Jilian Michaels :) I have to say if feels weird to switch from low cal lots of running to eat more and lift, but hopefully we will manage. Good luck!

About to start this program next week... what weights are you starting with? Any rough guide appreciated :) I have only been using dumbbells so far for training, so am a bit clueless.

Hi, I am just about to start last week of RI30 and highly recommend it! I think I will continue with KBT and maybe the Abs one as that is my problem area...
