Yes, I get knee pains too! And I feel the same as you, I am always conscious of not going over my knees but they are sore. I've never felt that before. I did used to run long distance in hig school so I don't know if it could be bad knees?? But I'm interested to hear what someone else may say about a solution cuz it sucks!

I always feel much better doing it in the morning. I think I feel more motivated to just do it and get it over with in the am. Sometimes (like today) I tell myself I'm going to do my work stuff first and then workout. Buuuuutt, here it is 9:10 pm and I still haven't done it. If I don't do it mid-morning before other things…

okay, L1D3 done!!! I hate the side lunges in the last circuit when you have to lift ur arms too! That part kills my arms!! But of course I'm just going to suffer through it cuz I want results! Great job everyone and let's keep it up. It helps to know I'm not the only one suffering through it :)

Yay! I'm in! I need to do some group thing that will keep me motivated...trying to lose some of this baby weight! I'l have to weigh in and post tomorrow and then I'll start weighing in on mondays. Goal is to lose 5-7 lbs by the end of the month!! Good luck to all :)

I'm on the same mission! Just had my son, second child, 2 months ago. Gotta get these last 20 or so pounds off! I'm just hoping I can stay motivated. My main problem area is my belly too, ugh. Still need to go buy my first scale, which I'm about to head out the door to do. I've got a good start on changing my eating habits…
