I agree with those who think it is over hyped and misunderstood. The holier than thou "I don't eat anything PROCESSED" people make me laugh. Im not saying its ok to eat pounds of HFCS but we can eat just about anything in moderation.

800 is way to low. Your body needs more than that just to survive. And what do you eat that you can pig out and not go over 1200 cal?

I just went and had the steak and roasted potatos and peppers. Pretty good sized meal, delicious and i think under 600 cals. STAY away from the bread sticks at 150cal each and salad with dressing at OVER 1000 cals. for the bowl.
