Can I ever get it right? It seems so hard to get a good even balance of the nutritional values MFP gives you.

    Well that didn't format the way I had it. It is a copy of my end of day values on my Track food tab.

    You're close. That counts in my book. The sodium is the hardest.

    At this point, I am really only looking at calories. If you eat too much fat, you will be over in calories anyway! I feel that as long as I am making healthy choices, and not eating a lot of processed food, I am doing well. If you were worried about cholesterol, I think the fat would be important to watch. Once I reach my goal weight, I might start working on the fat and sodium, but I am happy being oblivious to that for now!

    Wow, I wish I was that close most days! I tend to always go over carbs. I'm a carb-nut, though, as previously noted.
