  • Sounds like Tim Ferris 4h body. A lot of people think that because you get something that is organic, that it is healthy but that is totally not the case. It is so hard to actually eat healthy these days because we are told so many different stories on what is and what is not healthy.
  • In my opinion, vitamin D is the most important supplement you can take. If I could only have 1 supplement I would take Vitamin D ... followed by Vitamin C. I take 5000 - 10000 IUs a day.
