Similar situation here haha. I joined last June and did really well, felt great….since then I've gained it all back (bleh winter months). I really love this website though, keeps me motivated to make better food choices. Welome back!! :D

I kept the goals that MyFitnessPal set for me, but I always go a little over something...usually sugar lol. But even on days I am eating healthy I go over, so unless it's a huge number I ignore it. If I have yogurt and an apple/banana it's too high.... So maybe try and stay under, but focus more on eating healthy and…

Hey I'm 25 and 5'4. My goal now is to reach 130ish. I might go lower than that, but for now that's good. I'll see how I feel and be happy to reach a goal :D I just want to feel healthy and be fit!

^^ I always crave something sweet, and used to have a bad habit of pigging out on snacks late at night lol. Since I usually stay up pretty late every night, I save room for a small meal. Cottage cheese, strawberry jam, and sunflower seeds has been the trick for me. Fills me up and I don't go to bed feeling hungry.
