Chicken, egg whites, lean meats, Tuna, Fish, Veggies as these are classed as good carbs and we all should eat them everyday. check the nutritions on the pack of things to see whats carb free or check on line.

if i were you i would buy my self a new out fit that is the right size fitting as you have lost weight and if you are wearing the usual clothes then they dont notice anything diff... also it may be because you are around them same people alot and they havnt noticed that youve lost the weight because they see you everyday.

Yes but you can adjust it your self and figure what you burn and then type it into MFP manualy instead of letting MFP do it for you as most of the time it will be wrong depending on how big a person is or how small they are. it all depends on size and how active you are

i have never realy thought of it, i do a lot of reading online and reading bout cooking and nutrition workouts etc. and when i see a some thing thats worth sharing i put it together and share it on here when ive got the time but just keep an eye out as there will be more to come.

Tuna is a widely fished species and yes they are not going to stop fishing it so if i dont eat it then i will be missing out and if it does become extinct then i would have missed out on eating tuna so when the fish ibecomes extinct then i will stop eating it

Runtastic is best i would say as thats what i used and also make sure you switch your GPS on so that it can track you every step and also remember when you enter into building the signal can be lost as it cant communicate with the satelite up above.
