Hi, the best way to lose weight fast is to create a calorie deficit.
Calorie Deficit Calculator
This calculator will determine the estimated total number of calories you need to maintain your current weight based on your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) and your level of activity. It will also give you the estimated number of calories you should be eating in a day to lose fat (calorie deficit).
Here is the link if you or anyone else wants to try it out.. - http://www.fitwatch.com/qkcalc/caloriedeficitcalculator.php
Note: This calculator will underestimate caloric needs for the extremely muscular and will overestimate caloric needs for the extremely overweight. Please consult your doctor if you have any questions.
Ive used this my self and it has worked for me. go to the link and you will see a calculator that will determine your calorie deficit
Please bare in mine that women should be eating around 2000 calories a day and men 2500
Good luck
Please feel free to add me on here. (everyone is welcome)

Yes but you can adjust it your self and figure what you burn and then type it into MFP manualy instead of letting MFP do it for you as most of the time it will be wrong depending on how big a person is or how small they are. it all depends on size and how active you are0 -
