Hi there.. sending you a Friend Request. You absolutely can do the exercise and anything else you want to do. You just can't do it all in a day so take it hour by hour/day by day/week by week and month by month. If you follow your plan (make sure your #'s work for you) you can't help but succeed! :flowerforyou:

Exactly! Its not possible to log accurately, exercise and be at a calorie deficit for a year (when there are no health issues) and not lose. You are either eating more than you think (i.e. not weighing correctly) or overestimating exercise calories, etc. Good luck but you really should re-evaluate your plan.

I'm with you on this one. I make very bad food choices and other bad choices when I drink wine because I have too much of it. I just started the no more wine mantra (not saying forever either) just for now.

this is basically me. I weigh daily but don't log. I'm close to goal so I don't even log weekly unless I've really beaten my ATL. like others have said if the #'s stress you out, don't do it. There can be dramatic fluctuations

I usually go for Sashimi but if I am getting rolls I always go for yellowtail with scallion. No real junk in it and just yummy. I tend to either get edamame or miso soup as well. have fun
