Me too! and congratulations on quitting smoking... I'm 4 years and never missed that nasty smell ;-)
-
You're probably right but still no excuse for calling people stupid.
-
good luck to you Autumn. feel free to add me if I can help support you along the way
-
you look beautiful! congratulations ;-)
-
green tea and water are your best options and you won't have to worry about the sodium
-
great ideas ... saving!

no flames from me, I couldn't agree more. Earlier post some young person asked if "Starvation Mode" was real and was treated so badly she (or he not sure) deactivated. maybe if people can't be polite they should just keep their mouths shut
-
great idea! thanks
-
nice going, now she deactivated. not sure you could have been ruder. hope you have a good day

Great attitude and what happened yesterday does not have to happen again today. Yes, life happens and we just have to carry on and live it the best we can! Best wishes to you and you'll do this!:flowerforyou:

You were always adorable now just a smaller version of your cute self ;-) congrats!
-
your long journey won't get any shorter without getting started. swimming is great exercise and for now just focus on eating better than you did yesterday. over time you will lose weight and you will move easier. I wish you good heath and good luck with with MFP

I have ;-) I was on Benicar 40 mg for about 5 years. then reduced to 20 mg... then the pressure was running really low 98/60 so the doc took we off with the caveat that if it went up higher than 130/80 we revisit... love losing the med. Congratulations to you:flowerforyou:

welcome Nancy. I've been on for several months and really enjoy the camaraderie. Good luck and happy to be added to your "new" friends list

hysterical! My male cat does that with dry food but never saw it with liquids
-
me too! Love it!

you said it yourself... its ONE day??? don't sweat the small stuff it will take over your life. One day in the picture of your life is nothing. so put on your grownup pants and tomorrow you start again as if its day 1

I started several months ago but really have only dabbled because luckily I didn't have that much to lose but here are my challenges and road to success.... 1) exercise! it is important to keep moving if I'm moving I'm not eating 2) listen to my body instead of my head... my head wants pizza, my head wants broiled chicken…
-
Me too! I'm in... anyone can add me. have a great weekend everyone!:drinker:
-
I wish and if it were I would have been flooded last night ;-)
-
I'm 5'2 and 58 years old... menopause is just a memory for me. my bmr is 1190 so the 1200 MFP says I need is right on the money... add me if I can help you and good luck!
-

saving for the names... heading to Trader Joe's tomorrow and will see what I can find. thanks for the recipes and love me hot sauce of all varieties ;-)

what a sweet puppy. I am so sorry for the loss of this precious baby but I agree with the other folks that you gave this puppy who sadly was born with a defect that you could not fix, a wonderful life! You know the food won't take away your tears or sadness and only make you feel worse later. I hope you are able to find…
-
You always crack me up ;-)
-
With you on this! ;-) hysterical
