I weight myself everyday. I know i shouldn't but I do. My weight goes up and down, but I don't let it bother me I just count every Monday as my official weigh in. I am always a day behind sorry folks. Thursday Log all my food Ate to lose Exercised on Wii Fit for 40 mins Got all my water in PLayed wii with the Kids 5 out of 5 It was the thought of accountability on here that made me get on the Wii last night. So it shows how helpful this is! Thanks guys.
