  • Brown rice and roasted veggies with cottage cheese is simple and lasts til Wednesday if you cook enough of it and if you get bored you can always chuck in a tin of tomatoes with some chilli flakes to change the lunch/dinner time meal.

Altho I'm beginning to work hard at getting rid of the baby weight my partner who has put on about 35lbs since the baby started incubating is finding it really hard to get the motivation when we are so tired.
