YouTube will be your best friend. I hated it too, but now it's all I want to do. You can easily build a whole work out routine and find correct form using youtube. Just split your muscle groups up-- for example my split is : chest/biceps day, back/triceps day, legs/shoulders day, abs/cardio.

I wouldn't have a cheat day, but a cheat meal is definitely okay. You can't spend the rest of your life never indulging in something once in a while. Yes, you should. The best thing to do is calculate your TDEE, which is your total daily energy expenditure. you can check that on a bunch of sites as well. But you should be at LEAST netting your BMR. Once you have your TDEE, make sure in order to lose weight, you are eating around 500 lower than your TDEE.…

I did day one today because I'm trapped inside from the blizzard, and it is INTENSE. Definitely a good work out. Not something I'd stick with because I personally hate working out at home and love being at the gym. But if you're looking to get your heart rate up and sweat pouring, this is it.
