to be honest i think that i need to stop being so harsh on myself. i am eating whatever is on the elite nutrition and add the extra carb has stated on month two. each night i do try to relax and have a bath but i am continually thinking of the next workout its safe to say i have become an insaniac!! i hope that i am eating…

if you did follow the Elite nutrition you can just put insanity into the food and MFP finds most meals. Keep going :-)

if you are doing insanity have you not tried following the Elite Nutrition plan that comes with it, this tells you what you should be eating. good luck

brill thanks for the info, i purchased HHA off team beachbody so i do have the DVD there to do just didn't want to burn myself out whilst i am doing insanity too, did you seem to see results from HHA?? Also is it worth doing the 6 day slim down menu or should i stick to my elite nutrition? ( sorry so may questions)

2nd fit test day 1 day 14 switch kicks 84 87 power jacks 45 56 power knees 78 88 power jumps 25 21 globe jumps 7 9 suicide jumps 20 22 push up jacks 14 16 plank oblique exercise 40 49 i have lost 1 and 1/2 inch off my waist too in 14 days so this is more than keeping me motivated.

oh good i am not used to eating much bread so to me it seemed a lot. On the Elite Nutrition plan there is more or less bread on everything but suppose with the training you must need it.

i am on day 4 really enjoying it although my calves are killing still cant get my head around 5 meals a day when i used to live on 1000 calories. i am doing the workouts before work and on a empty stomach, can you not track your insanity workout on MFP as you can the food...keep going :-)
