  • Thanks, you too. I was on steroid also and gained 40 pounds. I lost 17 pounds on my own, then I got stuck. I'm still stuck. I was overweight before, so I still have a lot to lose.
  • I know how you feel. I'm a 2 year breast cancer survior and 60+ pounds overweight. I still havn't been able to lose the weight I gained during chemo, but I keep trying. Don't give up. Friend me if you want, that might help us both.

  • You can do it. It's hard. I quit 2/22/06. Pick a date. Change your routine. You will feel, look, breathe better.
