  • I would love to be a b or c cup!:) perfect size:) I think that smaller cups are great because there are SO much more wardrobe options.....you don't drop food into your cleavage as often....and you can lay flat on the beach lol look at the up side to it. I am a D now, and I can't wait to have C cups again.
  • I just have a set of 3 and 5 lb weights. If you have Pinterest, thy have tons of body weight circuits under the health and fitness tabs:)
  • My husband is Asian. I am always trying to get him to eat better. He would eat rice and meat only at every meal...if he could!! We were talking about how much we weighed one night. Naturally, since I am trying to lose weight. He said that he is right at 175, as always. I said no way....you are 190. He doesn't work out or…
  • I love coffee!! I don't have it every morning. When I do, I use half and half, no sugar. I like it this way now:) quite good!! You could still have your coffee everyday:)
  • http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/3834-eat-more-to-weigh-less You should check out this group. They know all about tdee and BMI.
  • There have been a couple: realizing that the moms who have birth way after you did are already back in shape. Even the mom who was heavy before, and had twins is all skinny!! That was my eye opener. Or one of them. My young kids asking, why my belly is so big? Going out of the way to a different McDonald's because you've…
  • So true!! I have been way overwhelmed with weight loss in the past because I take too much on at once. I am quite literally taking it one day at a time. Sometimes one meal at a time. I know what doesn't and hasn't worked. I want to be healthy:) step by step is my mantra now.
  • Hello:) my name is Mariah, I live in FL. I'm a mom of 2 small kids and I so desperately want to be that fit mama! I gained about 60 lbs with my first child. I probably lost about 30-35 of that when I became pregnant 18 months later. Re-gained the weight; lost about 20 lbs; regained it, topping off at 216 when I started…
  • I'm seeing that argument lately, too (I'm new to the group), but I will read moe about it. I did Zumba all last year and I LOVED it. My instructor was really good. Her particular style was hard hitting, but her moves were not complicated. Some of the instructors I've had make the moves so darn complicated, it was not…

  • I'm 28, and just started this days ago. I would like to lose 67 more lbs, ideally, but 40-50 (putting me at about 150-160)would be a blessing. I'm learning to add more strength, but i don't have a gym membership, so I run for cardio about 4-5 days a week for a half hour per day. Last week, I was 201, and now today I'm…
  • It's only my first day and I can't believe how hungry I feel. I have already busted through my calories. I need to get a hrm so I have a better idea of what I'm burning. Good to know I'm not the only one experiencing this. I thought my inner fat kid was just begging:) lol
  • Thank you thank you for all of this information. I have been using MFP for awhile, and I have been stuck at200 lbs for weeks now. I initially lost about 16 lbs. didn't expect to plateau so soon. This really helps, and I'm hoping will take my weight loss, as well as the use of this app to the next level. I have been way,…
  • Wow that is certainly an eye opener! For me, it says that to maintain my weight, I need 2973 calories per day. I have been going at 1200 calories for awhile and, I have also been stalled for awhile, right at 200 lbs:( I am going to do more reading on this. Thanks for sharing.
  • 30 day shred is set up like that. 3 min strength, 2 min cardio, 1 minute abs @ 3 circuits for 20 minutes. I do that and run for 30 -60 minutes.
  • BOTH. I used to do swim team....best shape of my life. Of course, I w also a lot younger:) if you can find someone who can help teach you the right way to dothe strokes, you will be a toned up machine in no time.
  • I use my iPhone as an alarm. When setting the alarm, you can "label" it. I usually. I label mine with something that says "that fat isn't gonna lose itself" or "get this workout over with now, while the kids are still sleeping!" sometimes I also set my wall paper to some inspiring weight loss picture. It helps me, anyways.
  • Hi, drebeauty. It was this past Easter, for me. My husband snapped a photo with me and my kids in their outfits and I was HORRIFIED by the way I looked. No matter which angle, it was all unflattering. I couldn't blame my hubby's photo taking skills:) but rather, the way I'd been treating my body. I was disgusted and…
  • 2 pregnancies within 2 years and not eating well or exercising during either. Eating crap because I was tired, and eating that way made me more tired...talk about a cycle! I used my kids as an excuse why I couldn't get in shape. But now, I am SO ready to be the "skinny/in shape" mommy! *if* I were to get pregnant again,…
  • congratulations! as someone who is setting out, i love reading stories like yours. congrats on your weight loss, and good luck with the wedding!
  • i forgot to add that it is 51 calories per serving; this batch could easily be split between 4 people. sorry i don't have any exact measurements.
  • http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/tyler-florence/tacos-carne-asada-recipe/index.html this looks healthier. as long as you're careful with the amount of cheese and the type of tortilla you use. if you're gonna use that, i guess!:)
  • bumping, kinda interested in this! i buy lots of almond milk. i only recently discovered the unsweetened kind.
  • my very favorite breakfast is scrambled eggs with hotsauce and my homemade salsa. sometimes if i am on the go, i roll it up in a wrap/tortilla. i usually skip the cheese, but sometimes i'll throw it on, like a tsp or so. i also do berry smoothies, or mocha smoothies with my herbalife powder. yum yum.
  • i have read this a few times lately! it's like doing a core exersize throughout the day. I've also read that good posture is a calorie burner:) once you get used to it, it's not so bad!
