Every minute of exercise counts. I say you have 3 really good things going for you in terms or finding some time for your health. They say a 3,500 calorie deficit is equal to 1lb loss. That's not science, just some random number but you can do the math from there.

Potatoes are great for potassium. As for protein, I usually have a Raw Protein shake and lean meat throughout the day. I probably come about 5-10 shy of meeting my 94g.

I really think the only time that's remotely possible and close to healthy is if you're morbidly obese and you, pretty lady, definitely don't seem to be that! I don't think that's a competition you should try to take on.

It definitely gets easier! But like with most things in life, if what you're doing isn't enjoyable, especially if it's painful, you'll stop doing it. So I recommend that if you think it's "too hard" right now, find another activity that maybe delivers less stress to your body. I find swimming laps or maybe a stationary…

I wish I knew an easy remedy because that would help me drastically. I just had to be honest with myself and realize every time I baked I wouldn't have the control to not eat it. This morning I had 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, scrambled with asparagus and smoked salmon and half a grapefruit. Over 40g of protein.

Not super low cal but I love After Dark Chocolate frozen yogurt by Stoneyfield. Satisfies my sweet tooth without making me crave junk, like most sweets do.

I track all my fruits and veggies with the scale and find he calories of MFP. But if I am mostly on a plant-based diet for the day, I really don't pay too close attention to the calories because I know that what I'm eating is good for me.
