I started on the 18th n did my fitness test on Monday. Had my cardio recovery day, didn't feel like a recovery. My legs are like jelly. Add me for motivation if you like.

I have been told its 75% diet/healthy eating and 25% exercise. Your body can function more efficient with clean eating. I try my best to eat clean but I love my beer or wine every now and then to unwind.

I got my bubba in a bassinet which attached to my running pram and we go running together, i started that when she was 7 weeks old but only ran on flat bike paths. she was fully supported though and didn't bounce around. she is now 4.5mths, I also do exercise when she is sleeping, I put on a fitness DVD or do a crossfit…
