if you want it ,eat it. The more you restrict yourself completely of a little "treat" the more likely you are to fail your diet completely. You can have a "free day" once a week where you can indulge a little. This will keep your immune system from plateauing

I was never super heavy, and I also never had big boobs, but they did get smaller as I got in better shape. I went from a C(and sometimes a D depending on the bra) to a B. I think they look nicer now. They kept shape.

Fresh fruit! -one clementine -half of a banana -4-5 strawberries -few slices of peach -yogurt and milk (any flavor yogurt and if you dont want mild you can substitute juice.) Blend untill frothy then add desired amount of ice. This is a meal, so i make a good amount.

shes pretty much right....don't think NO. Think ANYTHING that comes from earth that isn't altered by humans is "A" ok. And all the other stuff, moderation if you must have it! Lots of WATER! and a "free day" will help your metabolism from plateauing.
