  • You'll really like this site, I'm basically obsessed with it lol. I thought there would have been no way i could loose weight from this but so far I lost 4 pounds. And counting calories is actually really fun especially learning about all the nutrition in the foods you eat. Good Luck :]
  • I'm a student majoring in Fine Arts. I pack my lunch before class and bring a big bottle of water. Then i usually go to the gym right after school because I know that if I go home right away I'm staying there lol

  • Sometimes when I dont have enough time in the day to eat I'll grab a Cliff bar. There around 230+ which is supposed to replace a meal and give you energy. They look a little funny but there good and filling. I hope this helps and good luck :]
  • I always crave chocolate on my period and what I find as a great snack is the FiberPlus bars. There around 130 calories and they have fiber :] If this doesnt do the trick I sometimes find if i have a salad or any kind of veges I stop thinking about my chocolate cravings because I'm full.
