Hi. I am back after a couple of years. Lost wieght here and kept it off but never reached my goal weight. 30 lbs to go! I am 54, have type 2 diabities which i have not really managed well and a newly diagnosed arthritic knee. Time to lose those pounds! Any support would be amazing
