I want some NOW lol.
Oh well.....I will eat my pineapples with blueberries and almonds...........
However tomorrow for my snack at work I will have to figure something

I love chocolate. Amazingly enough I haven't had a crazing in a couple of days but I usually try to mix it in with my fruit as a snack and to keep cravings away.
Not chocolate, but what always keeps me happy is Strawberries with Nutella. It's my treat when I've been good and have calories to spare.0 -
I could eat a vat of chocolate if allowed. Love the stuff.
I don't believe in depriving yourself, so if it's a true craving, and you like dark chocolate, have a few squares and savour them, see how you feel after0 -
I crave really dark chocolate. Like the 84% intense dark chocolate. I buy the Ghiradelli squares and have one when I've craving. Just one does it for me since they're so dark and rich.0

This is one of the mistakes that would-be healthy people make; they deprive themselves. If you want a piece of chocolate, then have a piece of chocolate (notice I said "piece" and not "whole candy bar"). If you want a candy bar, buy one and have half now, and half before bed; there's nothing wrong with that.
If you continue to deprive yourself you'll eventually crack and binge and it won't be pleasant or fun. However, if you allow yourself to have a "forbidden" food once or twice a day, then you'll be able to sustain this new lifestyle.
I'll give you my personal anecdote: I buy a large bag of "Fun Size" candy bars every week at the grocery store and I usually have one with lunch and one with dinner. They last the whole week and I never feel deprived.0 -
I just had a piece of dove dark chocolate with sea salt caramel. It's like 39 calories, and totally satifies my cravings. I don't believe in deprevation. It's not sustainable and it leads to binges. If you're craving it, go for it. Just don't over do it. Everything in moderation.0

Mini milk - 30 kcals
2 x jaffa cakes - 92 kcals (if you go for Sainsbury's basic jaffa cakes - 88 kcal for 2)
Tesco chocolate mousse - 80 kcal
Mini animals (22g bag) - 95 kcal0 -
100 cal cookie packs.............0

me too - 3 musketeers while I am taking a bath. Some people have a glass of wine to unwind...me - it is my chocolate bar. 67 pounds down - doesn't seem to have caused me a problem.0 -
Once I start eating chocolate I can't stop!
I totally avoid it! But it has so many issues with palm oil, animal testing and child labour it is pretty easy to stop eating it!0 -

I get a bag of these (70% though, 85% is too damn dry for me) when the store has them stocked. 3 squares = 90 cals and a nice bit of chocolate. I have tried 85% with a thin spread of Nutella and that cuts the dry taste to make it tolerable.0 -
I will Never ever give up chocolate. One piece will satisfy my craving except around ''THAT" time of the month. Then I new a whole handfull!!0

Chocolate Gimme0

My wife and I buy the 73% cacao chocolate bars from Trader Joe's. They IMO have the perfect balance of cacao and sweetness, plus 2 squares are only 90 calories...0

Carb cravings often indicate a need for protein. I won't deprive myself of a nice square of dark chocolate, but it is also good to figure out the underlying need.0
-
To curb my chocolate cravings, I make "candy" out of my chocolate powdered protein shakes. Mix 2 scoops with 1/4 cup of organic coconut oil and spread on wax paper laid out on cookie sheet. Sprinkle crushed up raw, unsalted almonds and unsweetened coconut:) Put in freezer for 5 minutes and then break apart like peanut brittle. So good and healthy for you!0
-
When I'm craving chocolate, I like to have a tablespoon of mini semi sweet chocolate chips. You can have a bunch of them at 70 calories and slowly fullfill your craving.0

Chocolate is one of the things I have mostly cut out too mainly because most things I find with chocolate tend to have a high enough calorie count to make a meal and I don't want it wasted.
But, what I do is use Viactiv as my multivitamin. 20 calories and lots of vitamins and minerals in one chocolate chew a day. Looking forward to that each morning helps me behave.0 -

I love you. Have my babies!0 -
I have a big bar of good quality 72% dark chocolate. If I have a choc craving, I eat a square with a banana or a few cherries. The fruit keeps me from eating it too fast and makes the square last much longer, which ensures my satisfaction.0

Love chocolate, even my horse is chocolate colored LOL... My breakfast every day is a Think Thin Brownie Crunch bar with juice. At night my snack is Special K pastry crisps chocolaty delight. I can't give up my chocolate or I really go on an eating binge and then still eat my chocolate. So I cut right to the chase and eat my chocolate and not eat the other stuff. Oh, I do eat lots of fruits and veggies for my lunch and dinner and other snacks too. I also make sure I burn enough extra calories to eat my chocolate :-)0

I too love chocolate; milk or dark, love it!!! I really try and hold off as much as I can, but like some said, they don't deprive themselves either.
I am also really thinking, and have known this for sometime now, but I work out a bit during the week. I get to the gym and do boot camp every Monday evening. So, we work out and hard, why sabotage ourselves with eating the junk we want!? I wish I knew the answer to that!0 -
New thing I tried today was Nuttella with whipped cream 25 calories mixed together and celery sticks
but now I want ice cream so i am debating on ice cream lol an extra 180 calories......is it worth it cause I can go run tonight and run it off and make it....0
