I'm still a little too young for the bars (I'm only 20 from the US lol), but in a few months I'll have perfected my beginner skills and will be sure to do so! Lol. For now I'm just logging it under dancing until I do know with an HRM.

I absolutely hate the elliptical, but I've found myself on that machine the longest while I'm at the gym. Since I hate it so much, I make sure I do it the longest. Another reason is it gives me the best work out and I burn the most calories doing the elliptical than anything else.

A co-worker did the Atkins diet (or at least she said she did), and there was a definite difference. She's gone back to eating normally from what we can tell and hasn't put on any weight yet. She was on a no carb diet for her daughter's wedding.

I'm 5'2" and my goal weight is 120 for now, but I'll probably keep going until I feel right with what I weigh/how I look.

I work as a shift and my schedule changes daily. Sometimes I work 730-4, sometimes 2-10, and sometimes 9-6. It varies all throughout the week. Recently I've been planning my meals ahead of time.
