  • I use both MyFitnessPal and Carb Manager...MFP's free app does not count net carbs, you have to upgrade(monthly payment) to count net carbs. so I use Carb Manager's free app to count net carbs(though if you want recipes and such you can upgrade for a monthly fee) :)
