  • Good morning everyone: today I'm having for lunch: Keto Smoothie...2oz HWC, 4oz water, 1oz broccoli, 4 1/2 teaspoons of Lakanto Drinking Chocolate, 1 scoop Perfect Keto chocolate collagen/protein powder, 2 tbsp natural peanut butter, 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds, blend with ice..it's very good.   • Today I had a keto pizza..crust made from 'Keto Connect' 3 minute biscuit recipe, 1 tbs of tomato paste(didn't have anything else), pepperoni. It wasn't bad. could be better. Think I will try the 'fathead' crust next time.
