Today I'm having a pan fried hamburger patty with cheese and cheesy riced cauliflower for lunch with a snooker doodle fat bomb for a snack. quick and easy.

Today I had a taco salad. 4oz of ground beef, homemade taco seasoning, 2 tablespoons sour cream, 1 tbs of Desert Pepper salsa, 1 tbs cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup of spinach and 1/3 cup broccoli... the seasoning could have been more but it wasn't bad :smile:

Good morning, I'm also on day 3, well day 4, I'm feeling run down. Is that normal? I heard it might be the ketosis, but i'm not sure(was feeling that way before Keto). i'm having trouble coming up with food ideas. I'm not a cook so i have to find easy/simple recipes to try. Good Morning, I don't think you are doing anything wrong, just need to adjust a few things. it may be that you are not getting enough protein..since you are working out 4 times a week at one or more hours you will need more fuel.
