Hello Everyone, I'm getting conflicting info: Do we count veggie carbs as part of our allotment? I read somewhere that we need to get several cups of veggies in a day. I maybe eat 3oz of veggie a day, maybe up to 6oz but that is rarely. Thanks

Collagen/Protein powder
Hello all! I have a question. I use Perfect Keto's Chocolate collagen protein powder with MCT oil powder in it. the serving size says 1 scoop. I'm having it in my after workout keto smoothie(for the first time today) but I normally have it in my coffee every day. Is it safe to use it twice a day? Thank you!
