For breakfast I eat an egg in between two pieces of toasted Sarah Lee Delightfuls, That seems to give me way more energy than eating a bowl of cereal with banana. My husband on the other hand can go miles on a bowl of raisin bran so who knows.

I weigh every day. If I have gained at all I be really careful that day. Sorry if this question was asked but have you had to have any surgery to get rid of loose skin. I am thinking when this is all said and done for me that I will need a surgery if I want to get rid of extra stretched out skin.

We ate small grilled steaks that were 140 calories along with Strawberry, feta and spinach salad /pear and gorgonzola dressing and had a 3-2-1 chocolate cake with 6 dark chocolate chips and 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter topped with frozen yogurt for dessert.

We like our Keurig a lot. We bought the extra little filter to be able to put whatever kind of coffee we want in it and don't have to buy those little individual ones. We save a lot of money because we only make what we drink and don't waste a half a pot of coffee.
