At 244, I am very impressed that you can maintain that mile time. You should take advantage of your ability to do cardio and use this to boost your weight loss, you will only get faster and increase endurance as you decrease bodyfat.

I have reduced the amount of carbs I eat and increased the protein and the biggest difference I can tell is in recovery of my workouts it is definitely reduced. I run distance and I can do it more easily and not be sore the next day. Also, I can see much more muscle definition since decreasing carbs and increasing protein.…

The calorie burn depends on the person, height and weight. Very individual. I did level one and two yesterday Jillian is awesome. I throw this in the mix of my training when I need too.

I run about 40 miles per week kickboxing twice per week and strength training once or twice per week, just depends on how much time I have, I also try to get 100 grams of lean protein per day. I eat less than some others around 1200-1500 cal probably on the low side but im still losing i'm 120.4 this morning but I am 5'3.

You have many advantages that will assist you at reaching your goals, 1. You are male and therefore are going to have a higher metabolism, 2.
