    Did my first day today. My advice is to watch the whole thing first then rewind and do it. It looked so easy but it ended up kicking my butt!!! I only had 5 lb weights... Bad idea for first time around. Congrats to all of us who are getting off the couch and moving!!!

    hi you can add me in tomorrow is my first day doing it but i have done other stuff to help lose weight. but i will start tomorrow with everyone doing the shred.

    The calorie burn depends on the person, height and weight. Very individual. I did level one and two yesterday Jillian is awesome. I throw this in the mix of my training when I need too.
